Soft Money: Mr. Doner was the organizer of and moderator at this annual event at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. The series, which he co-founded in 2005 and which ran through 2009, was sponsored by the Association of Film Commissioners International. Each program includes a session on developments in governmental film and TV incentives plus a second panel on another subject of current interest.
